Elder Ada Lee, National Missionary President
And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. - St. Luke 14:23
The Mission of the Church is to send out missionaries to all parts of the world until everyone has had the opportunity to hear the message of Jesus and accept Him as Lord. Our goal as missionaries is to win the lost. In doing this, we compel the backslider to turn back to God, and also compel men and women of every race, creed and color, rich or poor, and famous or infamous to repent of their sins and be baptized in Jesus name and be filled with the Holy Ghost as stated in Acts 2:38 and Matthew 28:19-20. Through prayer, we accomplish the goal of being true witnesses of the Gospel of Jesus Christ- forever speaking the love of Christ where ever He commissions us to go.
Is to render an instructive program devising plans and programs by which the state and district missionary may work; to prepare and send out workers into homes and foreign fields to set up new work in order to spread the doctrine of Jesus Christ.
We are persuaded by the blessed Bible by daily reading, meditation and communion with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to live an upright, saintly life, to dedicate my time and talent, influence and means of teaching to spreading the doctrine of this church at home and abroad; to win souls through personal service to humanity; to help enlighten young people at home and abroad; and make my home a center of Christian life and love.To these ends I pledge my life and seek divine aid and guidance daily that I may become a living witness and a bright and shining light for my Lord.
